- Player Rating Form – graded scoring form to be completed by October 31
2. Game Observations
- Coaches will observe & rate players in game context for one to two games during the season
3. Weighted Rating model
- Coaches Evaluations = 50%
- Games Observations = 50%
All available coaches for the age group will meet to review all data and
assign players to their Spring Travel Team. The age group coordinator
will lead the process, which will be overseen by a board member.
Consideration is given to program loyalty, commitment and positional
needs of both the team and player.
